Biography
Ginny Nunez is the founder and managing attorney of Nunez Law PLLC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on immigration law. She represents individuals, families, professionals, and businesses in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, citizenship and naturalization, employment-based immigration, and humanitarian immigration cases.
As the daughter of an immigrant, Ginny understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her personal connection to immigration fuels her passion for helping clients achieve their goals, reunite with loved ones, and build secure futures in the United States.
Ginny earned her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law and was admitted to practice in New York in 2017. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure they fully understand their legal options throughout the immigration process.
Known for her compassionate approach and practical guidance, Ginny works closely with each client to develop personalized legal strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. She understands that immigration cases often involve significant personal, family, and professional decisions and is committed to providing clear communication and strong advocacy every step of the way.
Ginny is actively involved in the immigration law community and currently serves as Secretary of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
